We sell blank and custom decorated products and go to great
lengths to ensure that all orders are the highest quality and fulfilled
accurately and on time. We offer a money back, satisfaction guarantee (less
shipping) for blank items provided they are returned within 15-days from receipt
of order. Most companies do not offer guarantees on custom products. Once an
item gets personalized it can not be reused or resold. Tonys
Canvas & Leather offers a limited guarantee for custom products because
we care about your satisfaction.
We are not responsible for incorrect
sizes, names, or text that you provided us so please make sure all
personalization is correct and without errors. If your custom product has flaws
or defects in workmanship then we will immediately repair or replace your items
(less shipping) within 15-days from receipt of order. Before returning any
items, you must notify me and get a return authorization.

Canvas & Leather reserves the right to alter the size and/or layout of
lettering, logo, or design so that it will fit imprint size restrictions and
look attractive on the item ordered.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us for a return
authorization and we will give you instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Shipping charges are not refundable. You can email us as tonyscanvas@twcny.rr.com or call

Each order requires us to order inventory from our
distributors. Once an order is received and staged for personalization there are
no cancellations unless we have not personalized the items. All cancellations
must be done by phone or email and there is a 15% restocking fee for
the bags & garments. In the unlikely event that a product is backordered and
can not be delivered on time we will contact you immediately via email.
